Important Notice: Recent updates to Pangolin data to version 1.27 (https://github.com/cov-lineages/pangolin-data) have led to the reassignment of numerous samples that were initially categorized under the JN.1 parent lineage. These samples have now been reassigned with different sublineage classifications.
